Members of Bone Snappers raid team are always expected to abide by the rules set forth in this Thread.
1, Please accept / decline all raid invites a minimum of 12hrs prior to the raid.
2, Please be ready for raid invites 5 minutes prior to raid, if you are not online then, another member will be taken instead of you.
3, Always provide own flasks and pots for each raid.
4, Food will be provided, however it may be wise to have at least one stack for back up.
5, All raid members are expected to gem, reforge and enchant there gear as defined by each class spec, don't expect others to do this for you!
6, If criticism is given please take it in a adult manner and openly discuss these issues AFTER the raid has ended.
7, The raid leaders tactics are generally tried and tested and any alterations should be discussed prior to the raid or following to negate raid time loss due to excessive discussions.
8, Raid call is required for all raiders and a working mic is a must for any tanks in raids.
9, Please ensure that all raiders have, DBM etc installed prior to entering the raid.
10, Rage quitting a raid will be subjected to a follow up conversation and may result in removal from the current team.
11, Any new raid member will be on trial for a minimum of two raid lockouts, with regards to loot. This will be defined by the Raid Leader based on the needs of the current raid members. If no raider requires then the loot is yours!.
12, Promotions in guild are given following an officer discussion, not from asking in guild.
13, It will not be possible to fit everyone into the raid group at all times. With a Roster of over 25 players for a 20/25 man raid team, we operate a 'best for encounter' system where you may be asked to be on standby or to sit out.
14, When the raid leader is giving instructions pay attention and be silent. Keep spam during these kind of discussions to a minimum.
15, If you want to raid we expect you to be fully aware and knowledgeable of the tactics required on the encounters for that specific raid. No excuses are accepted and you will be removed from the raid/replaced by someone who is more prepared than you. You can start with the "Tactics" section on the forum.
16, Going AFK repeatedly during a raid will result in you being removed from the raid. Also getting "d/c-ed" several times due to connection problems will have the same result. We use set times breaks, only then it is possible to go on a break.
* Main spec need
* Off spec greed
* Pass if you dont need an item
* Do not click disenchant, the raidleader disenchants the loot for guildbank funds.
- Any raiding members who are inactive for two weeks or more without informing an officer will loose their position within the raid and be demoted to the social member rank. Any raiding member who is taking an extended break with the intent to return can notify an officer and a note will be made on the expected return date and if said member does not return within two weeks of that date they will loose their right to be part of the raiding team and be demoted to the Trial member rank. Upon returning to the game after you have been demoted you are not automatically entitled to retake you previous rank ie. if u were a raiding member but there is now no longer a slot for you in a team then you will not be given your raiding status back until you are included back in a team. Any member that has the rank of social member will be removed from the guild after a four month period of inactivity and any member with the rank of trial member will be removed after a period of one months inactivity.
